Breathlessness ON extra effort

I am overweight but very active I live walking AND walk around 12 TO 20 miles each week. ON the LEVEL ALL IS well but slopes AND steps cause me TO become very breathless. I recover quite quick AND I have NO chest pain. I am IN AF awaiting the shock treatment. My lungs AND chest have been X-rayed AND BOTH ARE IN good order.
