seeing doctors

My daughter has just had an operation and then been transferred back to our local hospital. I haven't been able TO speak TO a doctor about the operation AS the doctor who did the operation AT the specialist unit IS now away AND her doctor AT our LOCAL hospital does his ward rounds IN the morning WHEN there IS NO visiting!!! How do I GET TO see a doctor?
