Moving to a Nursing home

My auntie lives alone and is very breathless. Although I visit everyday I am worried about how she manages during the night and when I am not there. She has mentioned moving to a nursing home and I don't know what TO suggest. Do you just look through the yellow pages OR IS there a system that you go through? She owns her flat AND she IS worried that she will have TO try TO sell it before she can move AND WITH the housing market being LIKE it IS she thinks she might NOT GET there. ANY help ON this subject would be great
