I am a single parent AND recently my mother died. I feel very isolated AND alone. I do WORK but I am finding it increasingly difficult AT WORK. I went TO see my doctor who said that I was depressed AND offered me anti-depressents, I do NOT want TO take tablets, IS there an alternative? What can I do?
