Hi, I live AND WORK IN the UK. Recently my health has deteriorated AND AT a recent hospital appiontment I over heard someone saying that you can claim a benefit AS well AS working. IS this TRUE? What IS it called AND how do I calim it? I am a very private person so I am cautious AND concerned about what information I would have TO share. I would appreciate you help ON this matter.
