eHealth ...Rejection or Phlegm
2nd February 2009
Ehealth Check for December 2008
Sign up for the newsletter and you will now receive a monthly ehealth check to keep you up to date with the services we offer and also to make you aware of some of the early warning signs of common conditions that affect us all such as back pain or stress etc. When these and many other conditions are identified and treated early the effects are likely to be less problematic. This month we are looking at Rejection and Phlegm; both very common at this time of the year!!
Your ehealth Check for Rejection
v Does the fear of rejection stop you talking or starting conversations?
v Is rejection so painful for you that you cannot risk experiencing it?
v Do you need to learn how to deal with rejection?
v Can experiences of childhood rejection still affect us as adults?
v Are happy families at Christmas a myth?
v How is your Christmas going to be this year? Are you concerned or unsure?
v Learn how to avoid the common pitfalls and become successful every time.
v See Rejection in the Free information for further help.
Your ehealth Check for Phlegm
We have all had a cold at one time or another and so will have had the cough that usually goes with it. However, you may need more information if your cough:
v Persists for more than 3 weeks after a common cold
v The colour of the phlegm changes
v The smell or consistency of the phlegm changes or there is blood in the phlegm
Howsme will be here for you over the Christmas period and in the New Year.
