Rapid Response Service

New Free Information

We have changed all of the free information articles and will continue to update and add to these throughout the month in line with new information and your feedback.  We are constantly reviewing the types of questions we are asked and adding free information, if we get lots of requests about a certain subject we will include it in the free information section.  Do let us know if there is something that you would like to know more about.

Because all of the responses we have given have been within 24 hours we have removed the 24 hour option and replaced it with a service that is launching on the 1st December called the Rapid Response Service.   If you choose this option you will have access to an expert within 3 hours (between the hours of 6am and 10pm)  We aim to provide the information you need at a time you need it and as we expand we are able to develop our service to meet this need.

Also coming in December is the monthly ehealth check!  Sign up for the Newsletter which will change both its name and its content to bring you a monthly ehealth check.  As well as keeping you up to date with the servcies we offer we will also make you aware of some of the early warning signs of common conditions that affect us all, such as back pain and stress.  When these and many more conditions are identified early the chances are they will cause you less problems.  Don't miss out sign up for the 'Newsletter' now and get your ehealth check next month!
