I suggest a tea made with alot of fresh garlic in the ingredents. A hot steamy bath followed by an earily night to bed, with a hot water bottle and karvol capsules sprinkled on your pillow to ease your breathing.

A tea that contains lots of fresh garlic. A hot steamy bath, followed by a early night with karvol capsules on my pillow to help me breath easily. ( and also bring back memories of being looked after by my mum as a child )

Sore throats are so common especially at this time of the year, millions visit their doctors every year.
